Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California (USC). I am passionate about creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to work through life’s challenges. I believe that each person has the capacity to find their own way, even when life feels uncertain, overwhelming, or difficult to navigate. I have been practicing clinical social worker for 7 years working with various populations. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety and depression, as well as those navigating life transitions, stress, and feelings of being stuck. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you develop practical coping tools, and support you in finding a path forward that feels meaningful and authentic to you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can process their experiences, gain insight, and develop practical tools for emotional regulation and personal growth. I incorporate Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients explore their goals, identify unhelpful thought patterns, build coping skills, and create meaningful change at their own pace. My goal is to support you in finding your own path while empowering you to navigate life with greater confidence and resilience.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to be a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free space where they can begin to process what they are experiencing and share how they are feeling at their own pace. I take time to understand each client’s unique concerns, strengths, current challenges, and goals for therapy.

Together, we will identify meaningful and realistic goals that support emotional well-being and personal growth. This may include developing healthy coping strategies, increasing self-awareness, strengthening communication and boundaries, and learning practical self-regulation skills to manage difficult emotions or overwhelming moments. My goal is for clients to leave their first session feeling heard, understood, and supported, with a clearer sense of direction and initial tools they can begin using between sessions.
