Great to meet you!

I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner with 19 years of practice experience both as a registered nurse and nurse practitioner. I am dedicated to exemplary patient outcomes and following all necessary treatment with the use of evidence-based practice.

I specialize in working in diverse settings including crisis centers and outpatient and partial psychiatric programs. I work with adolescents and adults suffering from depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, and substance abuse issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Strongly focus on listening to and addressing patient concerns and answering all questions in terms patients can easily understand. Willingness to work with all members of the clinical team and listen to their suggestions and input to improve results and maximize patient satisfaction.

What you can expect from our first session

The goal is to integrate evidence-based practices and holistic approaches to treatment. I do this by incorporating psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and alternative treatment strategies for my patient's mental health care plans according to their individual needs.
