Great to meet you!

I have a deep commitment to client-centered care that honors each person's unique story, perspective, and growth. I hope to work collaboratively with you to explore and empower your capacity to grow, overcome, address life transitions, and perhaps even find deeper meaning and catharsis.

My approach to therapy

Every individual is unique, and so is my multi-theoretical perspective. Drawing on several modalities, including CBT, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Most importantly, a clinical relationship is built on trust, authentic support, and human connection.

What you can expect from me

Therapy and growth are a process. I commit to meeting you where you are, hearing your story, and finding empathy and trust in it. As we work together, trust is built and we move forward collaboratively.
