I am a licensed and national certified psychotherapist currently serving clients from a private practice setting via tele-health and in Sugar Hill, GA. I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Georgia State University and a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Brenau University. I have experience working in both private practice and community based settings as well as in providing counseling services in a school setting.

In my practice, a Person-Centered Therapy approach is employed to create and engage in a partnership with my clients as we work together to achieve their wellness goals. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to help educate my clients as well as to help them explore and address negative emotions, thoughts, and behaviors to create effective and long-lasting change.

I will meet you wherever you are on your transitional journey and help you acquire the necessary skills to return to a state of overall wellness. We will work together to identify issues, reform thinking patterns, & make improvements. I provide clients with a supportive, & nonjudgmental space where we can explore and address life's issues together, restoring light.
