Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. With more than seven years of experience working with justice-involved youth and over five years in psychiatric emergency services, I am passionate about supporting young adults and families from diverse cultural, social, and life experiences.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive. Together, we work to reduce negative self-talk, build self-compassion, strengthen relationships, and develop meaningful goals that support emotional well-being and an improved quality of life.

During our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where we begin getting to know one another. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, personal strengths, and the goals you hope to achieve.
