Great to meet you!

If you’re looking for a therapist who’s genuine, approachable, and doesn’t take themselves too seriously, you’re in the right place. My approach is relaxed and down-to-earth—no judgment, no stiff office vibes, just a safe space where you can breathe, talk, and be yourself.

I also run a mini-pig rescue in South Texas, which has taught me patience, creative problem-solving, and the value of meeting each personality where they are—whether human or animal. My pigs remind me every day that healing takes time, trust, and sometimes a little treat along the way.

In our work together, you can expect honesty, compassion, and a practical approach tailored to your life. We’ll explore what’s weighing on you, develop tools that actually work, and maybe even find a little joy along the way. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, life transitions, or just need someone to help you untangle the tough stuff, I’m here to help you move forward—at your pace, with real connection and support.

My approach to therapy

I keep therapy real, relaxed, and tailored to you—no judgment, no rush, just support that fits your life. I blend EMDR, IFS, and relational approaches, but more than labels, I focus on meeting you where you are.

I also run a mini-pig rescue in South Texas, which has taught me patience, creativity, and that every personality—human or otherwise—is unique. Together, we’ll tackle life’s challenges, build tools that actually work, and maybe even share a laugh or two along the way.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a relaxed, judgment-free space where you can share at your own pace. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, explore your goals, and start building trust—kind of like meeting my mini-pigs for the first time: curiosity, patience, and a little humor go a long way.

By the end, my goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and ready to take the next steps in a way that actually fits your life.
