Great to meet you!

You may feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, past experiences, or relationship conflict that still affect how you show up in daily life and relationships. Many people reach out for therapy when trauma, depression, grief, or substance use begins to feel too heavy to manage alone. You may feel stuck in patterns of anger, conflict, or emotional pain and want a safe place to talk honestly about what’s going on. Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and begin finding healthier ways to cope and move forward. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, understood, and respected.

My approach to therapy

I help clients navigate trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, anger, grief, divorce, infidelity, codependency, mood disorders, and relationship conflict. I also offer walk and talk therapy in the Tri-Cities area.

My approach is supportive, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I draw from methods like CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and solution-focused work. Together we’ll build coping skills, process difficult experiences, and help you create a more stable, connected, and hopeful path forward.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a space that feels steady, nonjudgmental, and genuinely human, where we move at your pace and start with what you’re carrying without pressure or assumptions. Our work together is collaborative and practical—I’ll help you understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck while also giving you tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life. I’ll support you throughout the process, and when it’s helpful, gently challenge you so you can create meaningful, lasting change and feel more grounded in yourself.
