Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) specializing in trauma, crisis intervention and safety planning. I have been providing professional therapy services since 2021, with additional experience supporting individuals in volunteer and experiential settings since 2016. I am passionate about creating a safe, compassionate space where clients can process, heal, and grow. As a Christian, wife, and mother of seven, I bring a grounded, empathetic perspective to my work and can integrate faith into therapy when desired.

My approach to therapy

I take a psychodynamic, trauma-informed approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that past experiences shape how we think, feel, and relate to others. I provide a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their story, build self-awareness, and begin the healing process.

With a specialization in trauma, crisis intervention, and safety planning, I support clients through difficult experiences with care and practical guidance. As a Christian, I also offer faith integration for those who desire it, honoring each client’s values and beliefs.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space for us to get to know one another and begin building a sense of comfort and trust. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and any goals you may have. I may also ask some background questions to better understand your experiences and how to best support you.

You are welcome to share at your own pace—there is no pressure to go deeper than you feel ready for. If needed, we can also begin discussing immediate supports or safety planning. My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and supported as we begin this journey together.
