Our journey will be filled with compassion and understanding. Throughout this journey, I'll be operating out of Bowen Family Systems theory. This theory encourages one to widen their perspective on circumstances in order to strive towards emotional stability/regularity.

The integration of Christianity is incorporated upon request.

I operate via telehealth during morning & early afternoon hours Mon - Wed.

The slots listed in calendar are often biweekly, please specify your desire for weekly appts.

Although, I do not have open availability at the moment please feel free to book a consultation so that you can be added to my waitlist. You'd be surprised how often clients move out of state, graduate to being seen less often or are unable to maintain sessions due to life circumstances.

I specialize in couples counseling with an emphasis on: conflict resolution, affair/betrayal recovery, and improving intimacy/communication.

Individual work with adults over the age of 18 is also prioritized with a focus on anxiety and trauma via EMDR.

EMDR is a type of therapy where past traumas are identified and processed in a safe and controlled manner. The goal is centered around creating healthier more adaptive conclusions.

“Where do you want to be, and what do you want your life to look like when we’ve concluded our relationship?” These are the types of questions that I tend to ask during our first session together. My desire is that my client(s) consistently maintain and work toward the visions that they’ve created.
