Great to meet you!

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I bring experience from both psychiatric and primary care settings. Throughout much of my career, I have had the privilege of serving Native American communities across more than eight reservations throughout the United States. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to culturally sensitive, patient-centered care and have deepened my understanding of the diverse factors that influence mental health.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a holistic approach to treatment that recognizes the important connection between mind, body, and spirit. While medication management can be an important part of treatment, I also emphasize lifestyle factors that contribute to emotional well-being, including nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, and healthy daily habits. My goal is to work collaboratively with each individual to create a personalized treatment plan that supports lasting wellness.

What you can expect from me

Life's challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming, but you don't have to face them alone. My goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, or other mood-related concerns, I am committed to helping you find a path toward improved mental wellness.
