Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, including sexual abuse, domestic violence, and anxiety-related concerns. I understand how these experiences can impact your sense of safety, trust, and connection—with yourself and others. My priority is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and never judged.

I take a gentle, trauma-informed approach, meeting you where you are and moving at a pace that feels right for you. I believe in building a strong, trusting relationship as the foundation for healing. While I am compassionate and supportive, I also help clients develop practical tools to manage anxiety, process difficult experiences, and regain a sense of control and clarity in their lives.

You don’t have to navigate this alone—my goal is to help you feel empowered, understood, and more connected to your own strength and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, collaborative, and client-centered. I focus on creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences at their own pace. I understand that trauma—whether from sexual abuse, domestic violence, or ongoing anxiety—can deeply impact how you see yourself and the world, and I approach this work with sensitivity, respect, and care.

I integrate evidence-based techniques to help clients process difficult experiences, reduce anxiety, and build effective coping skills. I also believe in empowering clients by helping them better understand their patterns, strengthen their sense of self, and regain a sense of control in their lives.

Throughout the process, I work alongside you—offering both compassion and gentle guidance—so that therapy feels not only supportive, but also meaningful and transformative.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable and supported. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, discussing what brings you to therapy, and exploring what you hope to gain from the process. There is no pressure to share everything at once—I move at your pace and respect your boundaries, especially when it comes to sensitive experiences like trauma, sexual abuse, or domestic violence.

I’ll also ask some questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and any symptoms you may be experiencing, such as anxiety. This helps me begin to form a clear picture of how to best support you.

By the end of the session, we’ll talk about initial goals and next steps, and you’ll have a better sense of how I work and how therapy can support your healing. Most importantly, you can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space where you are heard, respected, and in control of your story.
