My name is Dr. Toni Ann Serpe and I have my Doctorate in Psychology. I received both my undergraduate and graduate training in psychology at Hofstra University in NY. I have been working in the field of school and clinical psychology for 20 years.

My areas of specialty are anxiety disorders, mood disorders (depression), parenting issues, child/adolescent issues, and stress management.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize the principles and theories of Cognitive and Cognitive-Behavioral therapy in my approach to therapy. Additionally, I incorporate Mindfulness and Acceptance based theory and techniques into my treatment plans in order to provide my patients a full range of effective research based psychological intervention.
