Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California with 18 years of professional work experience. I believe we all desire to be our best selves. At times, however, challenges and barriers feel like potholes and cliffs rather than detours. I'd love to help you find the inner strengths you possess and those that can be built upon, which will assist in overcoming those detours that affect you. Taking the first step(s) in seeking a more fulfilling, happier, healthier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

My approach to therapy

The therapeutic approaches I utilize include, but are not limited to Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy.

What you can expect from me

I prefer to do the mechanics- explain what therapy is, get to know each other, discuss confidentiality, review reasons for seeking help.
