Great to meet you!

Hi! You can call me Toni. After 17 years of practice, my primary focus is in creating a safe space for self-exploration, healing, and growth. My first goal is earning your trust. This is vital to processing trauma, evolving into the person you wish to be, becoming more emotionally intelligent, and internalizing coping skills. Whether it's anxiety, depression, trauma, self-sabotaging behaviors, or other mental health struggles I will hold space and share knowledge to support your journey. In this space you will find common ground, humor, and a soft place to recover, rebuild, and tap into your authentic self.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I lean into interventions that promote healing, understanding, and the development of new healthier skills. My approaches include but are not limited to: CBT, DBT, Compassion Focused, Strength-Based, and Trauma Informed.

What you can expect from our first session

We move at your pace. You are the expert on your life, I am here to provide a safe space and guidance as you do the hard work to access the life you deserve and dream of. Life is real, and so am I. So there's a time for me to tend gently to your inner child and there's a time for me to push you a little harder to fight through the darkness.
