Great to meet you!

I’m originally from Minnesota and now based in Louisiana, I work with teenagers in a high school setting and value helping young people discover who they are and what they’re capable of. I create a space where you feel heard and supported, while offering healthy challenges, thoughtful reflection, and mindful exercises to encourage growth, self-awareness, and confidence.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a collaborative process guided by your unique needs and goals. Our work may involve exploring patterns, making sense of difficult experiences, and identifying practical strategies to navigate everyday challenges. I aim to meet you with curiosity and compassion while helping you find approaches that feel meaningful and sustainable in your life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to get to know each other and ease into the process of therapy. We’ll talk about what’s been on your mind, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to get out of our time together. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to start. We’ll take things one step at a time, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
