Great to meet you!

I help individuals stop playing small, lower the anxiety and self-doubt so they can confidently go after their dreams. We develop tools to help navigate life transitions and feel more joy. We address current challenges, and work on identity and meaning using somatic and mindset modalities with coaching focused on results. Through our work together, my clients tap in to their inner wisdom and move towards lasting change in their lives, relationships, and work. My clients report feeling more empowered, embodied and connected and leading richer, more satisfying lives.

My approach to therapy

With 15 years of experience, I support my clients to cultivate their authentic self expression using focused tools including somatic practices, nervous system regulation and mindfulness. I believe the healing impulse lies within each of us, and integrating various parts of ourselves leads to greater alignment & balance.

What you can expect from me

I create a safe space and bring a warm, earthy approach to all I do. My first session is typically a get-to-know-you meeting where we address what is currently feeling important in your life. We briefly review past treatment you may have had, and focus on what you are looking to gain through your experience in therapy now. As an LGBTQ+ ally, I celebrate diversity and welcome individuals of all sexual orientation and gender expression. Trained in family systems approaches, I love working with humans to help incorporate & celebrate the wildly varying range of individual expression. Let's talk!
