Great to meet you!

My name is Toni Gayle, and I am a Qualified and Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a background that bridges clinical care, education, and holistic wellness. I hold a Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida and have worked across correctional settings, public schools, and nonprofit organizations — giving me a uniquely broad perspective on the human experience.

I am also the founder of The Real Tonic Wellness Brand, where I blend mental health principles with practical, whole-person wellness strategies. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, or simply trying to grow into a better version of yourself, I bring both clinical expertise and genuine compassion to every session. My work has always centered women, families, and communities — and that heart has never changed.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic, trauma-informed approach to counseling. I draw on cognitive-behavioral techniques, social-emotional learning, and evidence-based treatment planning — but I never make you feel like a diagnosis. I believe healing happens when people feel truly seen and safe enough to be honest.

I meet clients where they are. Whether that requires structured goal-setting, crisis support, or simply a space to process and breathe, I adapt my style to what serves you best. Resilience, self-awareness, and sustainable growth are always at the center of our work together.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about you feeling comfortable and heard — not evaluated. I will ask questions to understand your story, your current challenges, and what you are hoping to experience through our work together. From there, we will begin building a personalized plan that is realistic and rooted in your strengths.

You can expect a warm, judgment-free environment where honesty is welcomed and progress is celebrated at every stage — not just at the finish line.
