We meet people where they are with no judgement. We have dogs in the office that provide a warm inviting environment. They are not therapy dogs but they seem to make people feel more comfortable. We are a family owned and operated facility and we have been told people feel like family here. My approach is client centered. I do not have the answers to your issues, but I can help you find the right answer for you. I specialize in addiction and trauma.

My approach in working with clients is client centered. I believe individuals have the solutions to their problems and I help them find it. I have several modalities I use including EMDR, trauma focused, CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing etc. I use what works for each client. Everyone is different and what works for one does not work for all.
