Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or stuck even though you’re used to handling everything on your own? You’re not alone. At Light Minded Therapy, I help high achievers, athletes, entrepreneurs, and perfectionists who often feel unsure about starting therapy. I’m Toni Privado, a licensed therapist in Texas and Idaho, and I offer confidential, judgment-free support for adults navigating anxiety, burnout, performance pressure, trauma, and major life transitions. My approach is calm, practical, and empowering. You set the pace, and together we explore the patterns affecting your relationships, self-confidence, and emotional well-being.

Every person has a unique story, so therapy with me is always tailored to you. Using a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach, we’ll identify what’s not working, learn healthier coping strategies, and nurture a sense of balance and fulfillment in your life.

I specialize in helping clients heal from anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, perfectionism, and self-doubt. My goal is to help you break free from old patterns, develop self-compassion, and create a life that feels aligned and peaceful.

My approach to therapy

At Light Minded Therapy, I take the time to understand your thoughts and behaviors that you wish to change. I prioritize holistic healing and overall wellness, incorporating breathing exercises, journaling, and meditation to enhance your mood and self-esteem. Rest assured, I will guide you towards finding natural methods that seamlessly integrate into your life.

What you can expect from me

As a firm believer in autonomy, I see myself as your guide rather than someone who simply dictates. You have full control over your treatment. My priority is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you are heard and validated. When we interact, you can expect authenticity, genuineness, and natural comfort. It is my hope that you leave from your session feeling lighter than before.
