Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a decade of in‐depth education and extensive clinical/non-clinical experience empowering individuals and families towards success through their challenges with anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, and major life stressors. These include issues surrounding misdiagnoses, neurodivergence living in a neuro-typical world, and how this has created a much more complicated life for them over someone growing up neuro-typically.

My lived experience enhances my clinical lens, allowing me to connect with clients in a way that is compassionate, grounded, and deeply attuned to the realities of healing and change. I work with adults from diverse backgrounds and tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs, goals, and pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach is multi‐modal and highly individualized to meet my clients' needs. I have a variety of training in understanding how different therapeutic methods work together, which helps me to inter‐change modalities based on what will be most effective for you in the moment. This may include cognitive, behavioral, relational, or insight‐oriented strategies, always delivered through a client‐centered and strength‐based framework.

My goal is to help you build clarity, strengthen emotional tools, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a supportive, collaborative conversation focused on understanding your concerns, history, and goals. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, identify what feels most urgent or more important to attend to first, and begin mapping out a plan that aligns with your needs.

My priority is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and empowered from the very beginning and every session forward.
