Great to meet you!

I became a therapist because I deeply believe in the human capacity to heal. I am continually moved by the strength it takes to face painful experiences and do the work it takes to grow. With experience in both nonprofit and private practice settings, I bring a grounded, thoughtful presence to my work. Creating a space where clients feel safe, seen, and genuinely supported is at the heart of my work.

My approach to therapy

I provide trauma-informed therapy for clients healing from chronic emotional wounds, including childhood trauma, relational trauma, and anxiety rooted in past experiences. Many of the clients I work with feel stuck in patterns of fear, shame, hypervigilance, or emotional disconnection.

My approach is warm, grounded, and deeply supportive, helping clients feel safe enough to process what they’ve been through and build a more connected, empowered life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, supportive conversation focused on getting to know you and what has brought you to therapy. There is no pressure to share details of painful experiences before you feel ready. My priority is helping you feel safe, understood, and comfortable moving at a pace that feels right for you.
