Great to meet you!

My therapeutic approach is grounded in a person-centered, strengths-based framework that prioritizes empathy, collaboration, and emotional safety. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they explore their experiences. My style is compassionate and engaging, integrating practical skills with reflective insight to help clients build resilience and confidence. I am skilled in supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, family conflict, and life transitions, and I empower clients to recognize their strengths, develop healthy coping strategies, and cultivate meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is person-centered and strengths-based, focusing on creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered. I believe that each individual brings unique strengths and insight to the therapeutic process, and I work collaboratively to help clients build self-awareness, develop healthy coping strategies, and create meaningful change in their lives.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where you are encouraged to share at a pace that feels comfortable to you. Our initial meeting is focused on getting to know you—your concerns, strengths, goals, and what brings you to therapy. I will ask thoughtful questions to better understand your background and the areas you would like support with, while also giving you space to express yourself openly. Together, we will begin to create a clear plan for your therapeutic goals and discuss how we can work collaboratively to help you move toward healing, growth, and meaningful change. My priority is to help you feel safe, heard, and supported as we begin this process together.
