A bit about my approach to therapy

I know coming to therapy can be scary, so I will focus on providing a safe place where I will listen without judgment and will help you overcome the challenges you face. I will walk alongside you as you break the chains in your life that are holding you down. My approach is laid-back, supportive, and solution focused. I will use evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

No two people are the same, so I will tailor services to meet your specific needs. You will walk away with solid tools for managing your thoughts, releasing stress, and healing from the past.
