Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Dance/Movement Therapist (R-DMT) with 10 years of experience — and a mother myself. My practice centers on supporting women through some of life's most emotionally demanding seasons: postpartum depression, perinatal anxiety, infertility grief, relationship shifts after having children, and the quiet identity loss that comes from always being needed by everyone else.

I know what it feels like to love your family deeply and still feel like you've lost yourself somewhere along the way. I've been there. My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in real-life experience alongside clinical expertise. I'm not here to offer scripts or generic coping strategies — I'm here to help you rediscover who you are and build a life that genuinely feels like yours again.

My approach to therapy

I integrate multiple evidence-based approaches — Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Dance/Movement Therapy — to create a treatment plan that fits you, not a template.

I'm a firm believer that healing happens in the body as well as the mind. I often incorporate movement, breath, and somatic awareness into our work together when it's helpful — you don't need to be a dancer or an expressive person for this to be powerful. You just need to be willing to show up. Our sessions are collaborative, personalized, and paced entirely at your comfort level.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about you telling your story at whatever pace feels right. There's no checklist to rush through — just a conversation where I get to know you, what's brought you here, and what you're hoping for. I'll listen carefully and start mapping out what our work together might look like.

By the end, you should feel heard — not evaluated. Many clients share that they leave the first session already feeling a little lighter. Not because everything is solved, but because they finally said out loud what they've been carrying alone.
