Great to meet you!
I have a gentle, caring approach. I want my clients to feel safe to open up to me, without feeling judged.

I have a gentle, caring approach. I want my clients to feel safe to open up to me, without feeling judged.
I want to know how life looked for my client before the need for therapy. What brought my client here? What can I do to help my client? What can I do to help them restore themselves back to normal.
No matter where a client is life, I want them to know that there is always room for improvements and steps to move forward. When a client feels unsure of how to determine their therapy goals, I think about how they can feel better. It takes a lot for someone to sit down, evaluate the quality of their life, and give some real thought to areas in need of improvement.
