Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker it is very important to me to create a safe, sacred space for you to explore your concerns and develop a plan to help you grow. Identifying your core values, goals and strengths are an integral part of the therapy process. I have an extensive background in hospice and end of life care as caring for patients and families at end of life has been a passion of mine for many years. Grief and Loss has been an area of focus over the last 20+ years of my career.

My approach to therapy

I believe you are in charge of your own life. I am an empathetic listener and often help you find holistic solutions to your struggles. I tend to work from a strengths based framework, helping you recognize and utilize your strengths to help you make the changes you are seeking.
