Great to meet you!

Change can be a very intimidating word. How many of us know that "something" needs to change but we are unsure and overwhelmed with where to start. Change means there is a possibility of failure and who needs that? I have 12 years of experience working with different individuals in different areas of their life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a person-centered approach when working with clients, meeting them where they are at and building upon that to make the desired change. I incorporate mindfulness, solution focused counseling as well as cognitive behavioral therapy. I meet my Client's where they are at and challenge as needed. There are positive aspects to everyone's life, but we often fail to notice them. Let me help you with this. Make an appointment today and we'll work on obtaining the goals you want!

What you can expect from our first session

I assign homework to help the Client learn new tools to assist them to obtain the goals they desire.
