Reaching out for help is a powerful step, and I’m grateful you’ve chosen to be here with me! I have been a mental health therapist for 9 years, working with individuals who have faced significant complex mental health challenges. Throughout my career, I’ve supported clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship struggles, and other deeply personal concerns. Together, we can create small, positive changes that will help you feel more equipped to handle life’s challenges
Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I want you to know that I am committed to creating a space where you feel genuinely safe, understood, and respected. My approach is rooted in warmth, empathy, and validation. I believe your experiences and emotions matter, and your story deserves to be met with care and compassion.
My therapeutic style is both compassionate and practical. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, while also incorporating a Person Centered approach that emphasizes empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. This means our work together is collaborative, tailored to your unique needs, and grounded in a strong therapeutic relationship.
For our first session we will discuss what you are hoping to achieve in therapy. This is a collaborative conversation about your goals, whether that’s managing stress, navigating relationships, working through emotions or improving your overall well being.
