Great to meet you!

I believe therapy doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. While we’ll absolutely dig into the hard stuff, I also use humor, real talk, and a down-to-earth approach to make the process feel human and supportive. I’m direct when it’s needed, but always compassionate. My goal is to create a space where you can be fully yourself without fear of being “too much” or “not enough.” I value honesty, growth, and a good laugh along the way.

My approach to therapy

As your therapist, I use a strengths-based, trauma informed approach, honoring your experiences while focusing on growth. We will explore your goals and motivations together, helping you find clarity and empowerment. I'm here to support and guide you toward healing & resilience, building on the strengths you already have. I understand how heavy things can feel and you're not alone in facing them. Together, we can create a path forward, rooted in understanding.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll explore your history, current concerns, and what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and goals so we can create the best support plan for your needs. This is also your time to ask questions, share what’s most important to you, and start shaping a path that feels right and manageable.
