Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. My journey has included roles as a case manager, a therapeutic behavioral specialist and clinical therapist, all of which have shaped my holistic and compassionate approach to therapy. I earned my Master of Arts degree in Social Work from USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work, with a concentration in Children, Youth, and Families. My work is especially rooted in trauma-informed care and I am passionate about helping clients process past experiences so they can move forward with clarity and strength. I also support individuals navigating complex relationship dynamics, whether in families, romantic partnerships, or friendships, and work to foster healthier communication, boundaries, and connection.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and families, supporting clients across all stages of life. I have experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, autism spectrum disorder, and substance use disorders. As a culturally competent therapist, I honor the diverse backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences of my clients. I strive to create a space where everyone feels seen, respected, and supported, no matter their race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, or spiritual beliefs.

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy with me is collaborative and empowering. I’m here to help you face life’s challenges, build practical tools for resilience, and support your growth every step of the way. My philosophy is simple: healing doesn’t mean the damage never existed; it means it no longer controls your life. Watching my clients reclaim their stories and thrive is the most rewarding part of my work, and I’d be honored to support you on your journey.
