Great to meet you!

NOW accepting new clients!!

Monday–Friday from 10 AM–1 PM & 4 PM–7 PM; Saturday 10 AM–2 PM

Clients should know that I work best with adults who look like they are managing life on the outside but feel overwhelmed, emotionally tired, or disconnected on the inside. Many of the people I work with are dealing with anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, heartbreak, relationship strain, or the pressure of always being the dependable one for everyone else. They are often thoughtful, capable, and used to pushing through, but beneath that is stress, frustration, and pain that has been building for a long time.

I offer a therapy space that is grounded, honest, and direct, where you can stop performing and start being real about what is actually happening. My work is focused on helping you understand your patterns, deal with what has been building beneath the surface, and make meaningful changes that help you feel more steady, clear, and like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is active, honest, and focused on helping you understand what is actually keeping you stuck. I do not believe therapy should feel vague, passive, or like you are talking in circles. I help clients slow things down, look at patterns clearly, and make sense of the stress, anxiety, depression, grief, heartbreak, or relationship struggles that keep repeating in their lives.

Our work is both reflective and practical. We will talk about your past when it matters, but we will also pay close attention to what is happening in your life right now—how you think, how you respond under stress, how your relationships affect you, and what you need in order to function better day to day. I use evidence-based tools, but I keep the process grounded and clear so therapy feels useful, not overly clinical.

I tend to work best with people who are thoughtful, high-functioning, and used to pushing through, even when they feel overwhelmed inside. My role is to help you get underneath the surface, understand your patterns, and build changes that are realistic, steady, and meaningful.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to be structured, honest, and focused on understanding what is bringing them in right now. We will talk about the main concerns that led you to therapy, how those concerns are affecting your daily life, relationships, and sense of self, and what you hope will be different as a result of our work together. I will ask thoughtful questions to understand your emotional patterns, current stress, and any past experiences that may still be shaping how you respond now.

The first session is not about pressure or having the perfect words. It is about helping me understand you clearly and helping you decide whether this feels like a good fit. As therapy moves forward, clients can expect our work to help them better understand boundaries, trauma, nervous system regulation, and how to stop treating themselves like the problem. We will work on learning how to validate your own experience, respond instead of react, step out of pettiness and survival patterns, and start seeing yourself more clearly and truthfully. My goal is for therapy to feel useful from the beginning and to help you build insight, steadiness, and real change over time.
