Great to meet you!

I have over 10 years of experience and specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, stress, life/work transitions, grief, relationship challenges, trauma, and personal growth.

I believe therapy should offer you a safe space to feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I view therapy as a collaborative process. This means I will take the time to understand not only what’s happening in your life, but also how your experiences, relationships, beliefs, and emotions have shaped the way you move through the world.

My approach to therapy

Using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, I’ll offer support, insight, and practical tools, while also gently challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

My hope is that you leave therapy feeling more connected to yourself, more confident in your ability to navigate life’s challenges, and better equipped to create the life you want.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been struggling with, and what you hope will be different. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. We’ll work together to identify your goals and create a path forward that feels realistic and meaningful to you.
