I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. I have an MS degree in Counseling from Grand Canyon University, and a BA from Schreiner University.
In my therapy, I specialize in Christian Counseling, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, and Substance Abuse.
I am a person-centered therapist—you are my focus. I am a Christian counselor certified in Cognitive Processing Theory for PTSD, I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and through my own recovery for the past 30 years I am very familiar with 12-Step recovery programs.
