What you can expect from me

What would you like me to change in this bio?

During our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where you can share at your own pace. We’ll talk about what brought you to counseling, your current concerns, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we’ll explore your strengths, discuss your goals, and begin developing a plan tailored to your needs. You’ll also have time to ask questions about the counseling process. My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and supported as we begin working toward meaningful change.
