Great to meet you!

Are you struggling with feeling down or anxious? We all deal with those feelings at times, but it is about having tools that can help. As a licensed therapist for 9+ years, I share helpful tools and teach patients how to use them. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help improve thinking and emotions. If you struggle with negative self talk, low mood, anxiety, low self confidence, have relationship or work issues let me help you to find the happiness and inner peace that you deserve!

My approach to therapy

The approach I use with my patients is warm, open, non-directive, and affirming. I ask lots of questions to create further exploration and insight. I believe that the client is the director of his/ her own life and the therapist is a facilitator to help them get to deeper truths within. I work with patients to uncover root causes and treat the deeper issues, not just the symptoms. We come away from sessions with a plan of action for improvement.

What you can expect from me

Patients typically report the following take aways from sessions:

Feeling better about themselves overall along with increased self love

Improved mood

Coping skills for anxiety and as a result, less anxiety

Brighter outlook on life

Seeing themselves in a more positive light

Trusting themselves more

Improved relationships with self and others
