Great to meet you!

I believe that every person has inherent worth, value, and the capacity for growth. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental therapeutic space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward healing and lasting change.

I genuinely love people and consider it a privilege to walk alongside individuals as they navigate life's challenges. My counseling approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based, helping clients build resilience, gain insight, and develop practical tools to overcome obstacles.

For clients who desire it, I also provide Christian counseling by integrating faith and biblical principles into the therapeutic process. Whether we incorporate faith or focus solely on evidence-based counseling, my commitment is to meet you where you are with compassion, respect, and encouragement.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, client-centered, and trauma-informed. I believe every person's story deserves to be heard in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where healing can unfold at their own pace. I work collaboratively with clients to identify their strengths, gain insight into unhelpful patterns, and develop practical tools to navigate life's challenges. My goal is to empower you to build resilience, restore hope, and create meaningful, lasting change.

For clients who desire a faith-based approach, I also offer Christian counseling by thoughtfully integrating biblical principles into the therapeutic process while always respecting your individual beliefs, values, and treatment goals.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to be met with compassion, respect, and genuine understanding in a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment. I understand that reaching out for therapy takes courage, and my goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and supported from the very beginning. Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, explore what brings you to therapy, and begin identifying the goals that are most important to you.

My role is not to "fix" you, but to walk alongside you as you rediscover your strengths, build resilience, and move toward healing and lasting change. My hope is that you leave your first session feeling encouraged, empowered, and knowing that you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.
