Great to meet you!

On the outside, it may look like you're holding everything together. You show up for work, family, and everyone who depends on you. On the inside, though, you're exhausted, overwhelmed, and wondering when you'll finally get a chance to breathe. If you're tired of carrying stress, anxiety, grief, or emotional exhaustion alone, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and create space for healing.

My approach to therapy

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years working in highly regulated corporate environments. I understand the pressure of demanding careers, the balancing of multiple responsibilities, and the feeling of being successful on paper while struggling internally. This experience allows me to connect with clients navigating workplace stress, burnout, leadership challenges, and major life transitions.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for clients to develop effective coping skills and maintain hope for ongoing healing and growth in the mind, body, and soul.
