Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe that hope and healing are possible for everyone. My counseling approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful change can occur when individuals, couples, and families partner with a compassionate, skilled therapist who provides effective support and practical mental health resources. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can gain insight, build resilience, and work toward their goals. I look forward to the opportunity to meet and work with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and client centered. The session is all about your needs and your goals. I believe that each person possesses unique strengths and the capacity for growth. By providing a safe, supportive environment and evidence-based interventions, I help individuals, couples, and families navigate challenges, develop healthier patterns, and achieve meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect to meet with a therapist who will take the time to listen carefully and gain a clear understanding of what you hope to achieve through counseling. This initial session is an opportunity for you to share your concerns, experiences, and goals in a safe and supportive environment.

You can also expect to be met with empathy, respect, and a nonjudgmental attitude. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and comfortable as we begin working together.

As a clinician with experience working with individuals, couples, and families from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences, I strive to provide culturally sensitive and personalized care. Together, we will explore your unique needs and develop a plan that supports your growth, healing, and overall well-being.
