I specialize in trauma, anxiety and depression. I have a master's degree in counseling from the University of New Mexico and a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Russian from the University of Oregon.

With a trauma informed perspective, my counseling approach is integrative with a core of person centered with additional elements from mindfulness, existentialism and CBT.

My role as a counselor is to join you in the process of finding what is and isn't working and to support you in increasing your self awareness, self understanding and self compassion to help you to create the change you would like.
