Great to meet you!

When choosing a therapist, it’s important to find someone with both the expertise and a heartfelt commitment to your healing. I bring over 18 years of experience in behavioral health, grounded in a deep passion for supporting individuals on their recovery journey. My work is rooted in trauma-informed care, which has remained a core focus throughout my career. With advanced training in EMDR, Acudetox, and Motivational Interviewing, I use evidence-based practices to help clients overcome trauma, addiction, and emotional challenges.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer a heart-centered, judgment-free space where you are invited to come just as you are. Whether you're carrying the weight of past trauma, navigating life transitions, or simply feeling ready for something to shift, you don’t have to go through it alone. Together, we’ll create a path toward healing that honors your unique story and supports your whole self—mind, body, and spirit.

My approach to therapy is gentle, intuitive, and grounded in evidence-based care. I integrate person-centered therapy with mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide a truly personalized experience. Each session is a safe place to explore, grow, and reconnect with your inner strength and resilience.

Taking that first step can feel overwhelming—but choosing to reach out is a powerful and courageous act of self-care and healing. Whether you're just starting your healing journey or continuing the work, I would be honored to walk beside you. Let’s explore together what it means to live a more grounded, fulfilling, and empowered life.

If you’re curious about therapy or want to see if we’re the right fit, I welcome you to reach out.

What you can expect from our first session

When we begin our work together, my primary goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel completely at ease and free to be yourself. This is a place where you won’t be judged or rushed, and where every thought, feeling, and experience you bring is valued. It's a space where you can speak openly, knowing you are supported and truly heard. I understand that stepping into therapy can feel vulnerable, so I aim to create an environment where you feel safe, comfortable, and empowered to explore at your own pace.

In our early sessions, we’ll gently explore what’s bringing you into therapy—whether you’re facing a specific challenge, seeking emotional relief, or simply looking for personal growth. Together, we will identify what matters most to you and the goals you wish to achieve. This is a collaborative process where your voice guides the direction of our work. We’ll take the time to understand the unique circumstances, experiences, and feelings that are shaping your journey, allowing us to move forward with clarity and purpose.

From there, we will co-create a personalized path forward—one that is tailored to your unique needs, values, and aspirations. This plan will not only address your immediate concerns but also support your long-term emotional well-being, building a foundation for sustainable, meaningful change. Throughout our work together, my focus will always be on providing you with the tools, insights, and emotional support you need to heal, grow, and live a life that feels fulfilling and aligned with who you truly are.

Together, we will navigate the challenges, celebrate the victories, and create lasting change in a way that feels authentic and empowering to you. Every step of the way, you will have a compassionate partner by your side—ready to support you as you move toward the emotional balance and well-being you deserve.
