Great to meet you!

I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting children, teens, and adults through life’s challenges. Over the past several years, I’ve worked with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, body image concerns, and family stressors. I also support clients in better understanding their symptoms, emotional experiences, and patterns as they work toward healing and self-awareness.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and culturally affirming. As a Latina therapist and mother, I value creating a space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported as they process difficult experiences, build resilience, and reconnect with themselves throughout different stages of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered and collaborative, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I meet my clients where they are, creating a supportive and understanding space to move at their own pace. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more balanced, empowered, and connected to yourself and your values.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive space where we’ll begin getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, current concerns, and what you hope to gain from therapy. We’ll discuss your goals, answer any questions you may have about the process, and start building a plan that feels comfortable and achievable for you. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported from the very beginning.
