I’m Dr. Tope Oladimeji, DNP, PMHNP-BC, founder of The Refuge Psychiatry, LLC, a telehealth and in-person mental health practice serving adolescents and adults across Virginia. I’m happy to offer in-person appointments when available. To make sure we find a time that works well for both of us, please reach out to confirm availability before scheduling an in-person session. I provide compassionate, culturally sensitive care for anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, life transitions, and burnout.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and patient-centered. I combine evidence-based medication management with psychoeducation, lifestyle guidance, and goal-focused support. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan to relieve symptoms and build lasting resilience.
