Great to meet you!

I’m Tope, a compassionate provider who enjoys building genuine connections with my patients and creating a space where they feel heard, supported, and understood. I work with clients experiencing ADHD, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and depression, and I approach each person with empathy, patience, and respect for their unique experiences.

Before becoming a provider, I worked as a travel nurse for four years, which gave me the opportunity to care for people from many different backgrounds and in a wide range of settings. Prior to that, I worked in the hospital setting with geriatric patients, where I developed a strong appreciation for attentive listening, thoughtful care, and the importance of treating every patient with dignity and compassion.

My approach to therapy

My approach starts with understanding where you are right now and what challenges are having the biggest impact on your life. I believe it is important to take the time to fully assess your concerns, listen carefully to your story, and identify the underlying issues so we can create a plan of care that is personalized to your needs.

I value a collaborative approach and believe that meaningful progress happens when patients feel involved in their treatment. My goal is to help you better understand what you are experiencing, support you in navigating those challenges, and work together to build a realistic plan that helps you move toward feeling more stable, confident, and well.

What you can expect from me

You can expect me to be compassionate, attentive, and genuinely invested in your well-being. I want my patients to feel comfortable being open about what they are going through, and I make it a priority to truly listen without judgment.

You can also expect a thoughtful and supportive approach to care. I will take the time to understand your concerns, answer your questions, and help you feel supported as we work together toward your goals. My hope is that you leave each visit feeling heard, respected, and encouraged.
