Great to meet you!

I support adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the pressures that can build up over time. I'm especially passionate about perinatal mental health and supporting people as they navigate the changes that come with pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy can be a space for both the hard conversations and the lighter moments. I bring warmth, humor, and curiosity into sessions, creating room for you to process your experiences, ask yourself deeper questions, and better understand who you are and why you show up the way you do. My goal isn't to tell you who to be or give you all the answers, but to help you make sense of your experiences, recognize patterns, and feel more connected to yourself. You don't have to come into therapy with everything figured out. We can work through it together.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on getting to know you, discussing your background and current concerns, and completing an initial assessment to better understand your needs. We’ll also explore your goals for therapy and discuss how we can work together to support your growth.
