Great to meet you!

As a New York licensed psychologist, I am committed to creating a therapeutic space where you feel heard, respected, and valued. I believe that your voice matters, and that therapy is most meaningful when you can feel safe bringing your full self into the room. I strive to create an inclusive and accessible environment where we can work together to better understand your experiences, develop new ways of coping, and move toward the life you want to build.

I recognize that our identities, cultures, families, communities, and life experiences all shape how we understand ourselves and the world around you. I believe that meaningful therapy considers the whole person within the context of their relationships and communities. I approach each person with curiosity and respect for their individual background, values, culture, and lived experiences.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoanalytic theory, and concepts from dialectical behavior therapy, tailoring treatment to each person’s unique needs, goals, and circumstances.

I work across the lifespan with adults, adolescents, and children, as well as families. I have experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and adverse childhood experiences, difficult life transitions and adjustments, and relationship difficulties. I also have a strong background working with individuals and families with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including Down syndrome and autism spectrum disorder.

What you can expect from me

Whether you are facing a specific challenge or are looking to better understand yourself and your relationships, I hope to provide a supportive space where we can work together toward greater understanding, growth, and meaningful change.
