Great to meet you!

You’re the one everyone counts on; driven, independent, and always moving. Slowing down feels uncomfortable. Emotions feel messy. You pride yourself on keeping it together, figuring things out on your own, and thinking your way through problems rather than feeling them. But if you are honest, there’s a part of you that’s tired of playing that role. A part that wonders why connection feels so hard, why vulnerability feels unsafe, and why, no matter how much you achieve, it never really feels like enough.

I help people just like you-sharp, self-sufficient, and deeply insightful-learn how to let their guard down without losing themselves. We’ll work together to untangle the patterns keeping you stuck, explore the fears beneath your need for control, and build a life where you can feel safe, supported, and deeply known. You can take control of yourself now.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I believe healing happens within a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental relationship where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.

I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), to help clients understand patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, regulate emotions, and process difficult or traumatic experiences. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I work with you to identify what is most effective for your situation, strengths, and values.

Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or life transitions, my goal is to help you build practical skills, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we'll work toward helping you feel more confident, resilient, and connected to the life you want to live.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and what you hope to achieve through counseling. This is also a chance for you to ask questions about my approach and determine whether we're a good fit.
