Great to meet you!

With a back ground in body work (Reiki and Yoga), I approach the mind and body as a continuous system. I understand the importance and preciousness of an attuned and compassionate therapy container. Having grown up in the Central Valley of California, and then living the next 11 years in San Jose, I have learned a deep appreciation for community and nature. As a therapist, I honor and integrate these spaces in the work done with each individual. It is a joy to support your process. Furry companions encouraged!

My approach to therapy

I offer a diverse and inclusive approach to therapy, that is experiential, non-judgemental and empowering in nature. I am honored to work with and support you along your journey, and in attaining your desired goals. Utilizing a blend of traditional, holistic, trauma informed, art based and somatic oriented modalities, I hope to offer an experience of enhanced curiosity, focused awareness, cathartic integration, and gentle landing. Allow the shift to happen.

What you can expect from me

In the initial session we will develop a baseline of rapport, ensuring the therapeutic alliance is one that has the potential to support your needs. I'll hear out your questions, keep in mind any concerns, and from here, we can begin to explore goals and appropriate interventions. You'll have the opportunity to give me a sense of what your hopes and/or expectations for therapy may be. Questions are welcomed. Happy healing!
