Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Tor and I specialize in building self-esteem, increasing coping skills, and decreasing disruptive behaviors and thought patterns. I earned my Bachelor’s in Social Work from the University of Iowa, and my Master’s in Social Work from The University of Georgia. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Anger Management Specialist-II. I also continuously improve my professional competence through ongoing education, consultation, and experience.

My approach to therapy

I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing. I do this by meeting individuals where they are, along with using a therapeutic process that focuses on individuals’ needs and goals, and evidence-based strategies. I take the collaborative approach with individuals.

What you can expect from me
