Great to meet you!

I work with clients who are curious about themselves and have a desire to change. My goal is to help you understand youself and empower you to build habits that lead to lasting change.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a confidential space for you to bring up literally anything that comes to mind. Although self-reflection can be difficult, it should not always be serious or painful. My goal is to develop a collaborative relationship with you to better understand how your past may inform your present circumstances and in doing so find space for new ways of existing.

What you can expect from me

While many things happen in our lives that are completely out of our control, my work is informed by the existential observation that all human beings are burdened with the struggle of choice. It's my job is to work with you to find the areas in which you can take back agency.
