All energy is significant. The honest part, not all energy feels “good.” What if I said that I could guide you to connect with the parts that don’t feel good; in a way that would make you feel more in control, calm, and free?
By joining holistic practice and evidenced based clinical practice, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Approaches, Trauma-informed care, Attachment-based work, Mindfulness, and Nervous System Regulation. I help you to identify areas of strengths, acknowledge experiences of pain, and integrate areas of the ego to support your return to yourself. I hope to guide you feeling more comfortable in your body and able to connect with the world.
Healing is not linear, but gaining understanding towards connecting with yourself and knowing how to care for yourself is the logical way to nurture. Our society influences external validation as navigation, but I believe all the skills you need can be taught to find within. The journey begins with sitting within discomfort and gaining awareness on how to rise from that to a sense of beautiful freedom.
My goal in the first session is to ensure clients feel safe, informed, and empowered, knowing they are entering a space where their experiences will be honored with professionalism, compassion, and ethical care. Clients can expect a supportive space focused on getting to know them and understanding what brings them to therapy. We will discuss current concerns, personal relevant history, and treatment goals. The first session in a time to establish comfort, clarify expectations, and begin a collaborative journey.
